When misinformation started circulating about their future, Community Financial Services Group knew they needed to clarify their story—and fast.

With a major office move underway and outdated search results muddying their message, CFSG partnered with Clear View Advantage to rebuild trust, improve visibility, and take control of their reputation online. In just 30 days, they went from confusion to confidence—landing on Page 1 of Google and reconnecting with their community.

The Challenge

For years, Community Financial Services Group (CFSG) operated inside Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank branches. But when Woodsville was suddenly acquired by Bar Harbor Bankshares, CFSG was required to disassociate—prompting an urgent need to clarify its identity, both operationally and online.

In response, the firm made a strategic decision to relocate to a new standalone office in downtown Littleton. While CFSG’s leadership, service model, and fiduciary commitment remained unchanged, the transition created real challenges:

  • Online listings still pointed to bank branch locations

  • Third-party sites reflected outdated affiliations and addresses

  • And some clients had even heard—incorrectly—that CFSG was closing

The digital confusion didn’t match the reality: CFSG was growing, investing in its region, and still committed to local, relationship-first service. But their online presence needed to catch up—fast.

That's when Clear View Advantage was brought in.

The Solution: Online Reputation Management

Enter Amanda McKeen and Clear View Advantage.

We began with a Foundation Plan and transitioned into a Growth phase after strong early results. The focus: rebuild digital trust, expand visibility, and equip the in-house team to maintain momentum.

1. Visibility & Control

We established a strong, accurate foundation across search platforms and directories—giving CFSG full control over how and where they appear online.

2. Credibility & Engagement

We refreshed CFSG’s digital presence to reflect their values, leadership, and community commitment—creating the kind of first impression that builds trust.

3. Community & Trust Building

We supported their team with simple systems and strategic content to deepen their connection with local clients—and expand their reach without losing authenticity.
